By the way, just for those who don't know me: I always mention the wine just for pairing purposes. It doesn't mean that it has to be a fancy wine. In fact the one I am drinking isn't fancy at all, but well priced at 9.99/bottle at publix supermarket. It has a kind of bitter aftertaste that at room temperature can become annoying, so this is one of those whites that you need to refrigerate 2-3 hours before drinking.

Whatever I can put together. Hubby gets the left over Gratin of Cod from the other night, I'll probably just have some pasta with butter.

Good news though, through a combination of Niacin, Fish Oil capsules and the Mediteranean diet my husband's triglycerides have dropped from 300 to 126 in a month.

Lunch: Went to Wendy's (rarity - never go to fast foods)

Dinner: Egg salad sandwich.

That is fantastic now pat yourself on the back because we know you had a part in helping it come down.

We had quesadillas with different toppings according to the flavors going into the different mouth here tonight.

Thanks. Of course we'll stay on the mediteranean diet, just because it's good and obviously healthy.

I'm just sooo happy that he didn't have to go on prescription medication. We are still a little too young to be doing that.

Turkey burgers tonight. Potato salad on the side (with chopped dill pickle and pickle juice in the potato salad )

Strawberries and vanilla ice-cream for dessert. You should see the strawberries we're getting these days! Awesome!
