I diced up leftover rump roast cooked it with some raw onions in the rump broth then added the leftover potatoes & carrots diced. Yum hash is worth making the roast just to have it.

back in colorado springs~ busy finishing kitchen remodel that was to be finished when we were in Az.

This is sad - tonight it was 94% fat free popcorn. That's it! I usually eat decent meals, but was in a huge rush tonight. I hate when that happens. ha

I had a salad with mandarin oranges, croutons, vinaigrette dressing, freshly grated parmesan cheese, and still hot pieces of rotisserie chicken.
