I cooked the roast in the crock pot and added carrots, english peas, corn and then when all was done, I thickened the gravy with a little flour. Well............YUM!!!! Leftovers tonight!
Soft shell tacos with lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, sourcream & salsa. Refried beans on the side. Still no blueberries, so dark chocolate brownies with a marshmallow topping will do for desert.
