I'm supposed to make Hamburger helper..but with Ground beef a couple nice vine ripe tomatoes, potatoes and a full loaf of honey wheat bread. I'm thinking grilled burgers and French fries!
Lost my spunk somewhere today.... A little overwhelmed... Reminding myself everyday is a new day tomorrow I will wake with a smile Have a counter full of tomatoes, bell peppers, and scallions. Gonna make something good. It is always good when there is a touch of home grown and love in it. Jaxs sent me a great link and suggested a book I have ordered for making my own sauces and such. I am thank full to her for that! She is a blessing to this thread and to have as a friend. Thank you.

Busy, busy around here it seems we haven't been home much for over a week. Tonight made chicken & wild rice casserole, beets, kohlrabi from the garden, cottage cheese and watermelon for dessert. Actually that is our later while watching TV munchie.
Grilled rib-eye, corn picked this morning....also grilled. Also a salad made of diced garden fresh tomatoes, bell pepper, seeded Jalapeno, basil, and mozzarella balls mixed with marinated artichoke hearts and marinated mushrooms, using the oil as the dressing.
Found my spunk in the corner with a dust bunny Back with my A game. Turkey burgers with fresh garden tomatoes, spinache, red onion, and swiss cheese. Had to have shoe string fries wet! Oh dear I do mean with gravy..... My little one said gravy is only for mashed taters but he soon changed his mind ha ha ha
I am going to make a sort of tomato gravy and pork chops maybe rice or pasta not sure... Be back tomorrow *wink* *wink*
Oh yeah thanks Akgirl, and Mo! I am on lock down for reps right now but I will be free soon enough
