One of our usual:
Lean turkey sausage-removed from casings-sauteed with onions,garlic-add favorite sauce. Always add V8 and wine then Birdseye garlicky peas & mushrooms-served over whole wheat shells ( or your favorite pasta)

Tonight was Sharp Cheddar and Mozzarella Quesadilla. Tomorrow is 15 bean soup with Kielbasa, red onion, garlic and butter in it.

Meatloaf, my own creation: Gr. Beef, onions, eggs, tomato sauce, diced tomato's,
green pepper, diced celery (no bread crumbs), and never tried it before: adding about a cup of finely diced broccoli. Squish it all together w/fingers,
into a bread loaf pan, ketchup on top, into the oven, bombs away!

I was fearful I was going to have to call the rescue team (sour cream/more ketchup) to stop its journey to the trashbin, but not so, excellent as is!

Next meatloaf creation: maybe I'll add some diced cauliflower.
