Instead of spaghetti it turned out to be linguine with a read meat sauce. Garden salad on the side. Fresh pineapple for dessert again.

I learned a new "bad combination" the other day. Pickles, soda, and the need to run to get somewhere. I swear I had to stop several times and fight the urge to chunder.

Went to the local Farmers market and picked up some beautiful zucchini, nice and small and tender so we will have Grilled zucchini with some kind of chicken thighs with legs attached and mashed potatoes. I am in the need of trying something different with my chicken tonight so any ideas here? I will be baking the chicken in the oven because of the chance of rain still. The zucchini only takes a few minutes to grill so we can work that in between storms!

Inspired me - going to make a baked spaghetti and have a salad, probably some garlic bread!
