This company found my friend a nice 1 bedroom in downtown hollywood close to the beach for $850. He was relocating and they had someone who specializes in that. He likes his place a lot.

I tried them in plantation/sunrise, and was not happy with what I was showed. I ended up going with a great Realtor in coral springs and I am much happier with what I got. She is great and actually keeps things inside your budget. I like coral springs a ton also, and the pricing is better. The lady I went with is named Helene 954 732 4781 and I forget the name of her company, but she was good, got us a 2/2 in coral springs in a really nice community for $1150, which is good right now, the prices are higher then they use to be. Tell her Rick the pilot told ya to call!

I am a property owner with several rental units that I rent out through them. They are always professional and efficient. I have only had good experiences dealing with the Pines and HOllywood offices.

I've used them before on rentals and they are not a scam. They are merely middle men, but if you get lucky and find a good agent as I did you get great deals on housing. You don't pay anything, they do all the research, contacts, and price-shopping for you, and they get a small commission if you end up renting with one of the properties they suggest. The office I used was in Boca Raton, FL.

I've used them before and although we didn't end up renting anything they showed us (we didn't really like anything we saw) they were very helpful and we had to give them credit as our budget was pretty low at the time. I wouldn't say they're a scam at all.

We used the one in Coral Springs on University and Sample.

I recently tried to go through them at their new location in west palm beach, they found us a home but didn't realize that they were just the middle man and that even though u fill out all the paperwork you still have to go through the paperwork for the main reality company. To make a long story short they basically told us that we were approved but when I called the main agent we were not. We put down a high deposit and they told us that we could not get it back because we were approved. The main agent told us that they had put the house back on the market and I asked how when we thought we were approved and they had our deposit. They said that the deposit had nothing to do with them and I needed to speak with rent 1 sale 1. After a battle, rent 1 sale 1 stated that we could get it back if it hadn't been a week. When I went to the office to pick up my check it was $100.00 dollars short! She said it was because we backed out when we were approved and that rent 1 sale 1 was charging us their application fee and for running our credit. When I asked them about being free and did they have that in writing she got very agitated and aggressive and told me to leave! I would highly recommend making sure you ask and understand the terms and don't sign anything without knowing the totals for everything and I mean everything! They really didnt know much about the properties or what they wanted and they never really answered the questions or concerns. They would always say they would call us back. We have plenty emails and texts where one said another and the other contradicting the other. We just had a weird feeling through the whole process... Our fault because we should have followed our guts before giving them any money.
