Since this is my 1st time living in Broward for the World Cup, I was wondering if there are any "hot spots" where people come and gather to watch the World Cup soccer matches. When I was in Miami I would often go to Fritz and Franz in Coral Gables to watch the matches. Looking for west broward...but anywhere where the ambience is electric I'm game for !

Thanks...

I know Duffy's in plantation is hosting many of the games and has an "international" menu on game days. They have schedules posted inside Duffy's. Since there is literally a TV every 12 inches....I think I will check this place out for the 1st match this Friday. And yes..they open at 10am !

Here is the WORLD CUP MENU : http://www.duffysmvp.com/worldcup/ (broken link)

Morning world cup fan's ! please check the sunsentinal paper today...there is a special WORLD CUP section with lots of good info including places to watch the world cup in broward and palm beach ! Duffy's oddly enough is not listed in the section, but has a large advertisement for it in the back. go figure.
