What's the latest on the t&p warehouse development. It's taking way too long for that project to come to fruition.

Long story, short:

Cleopatra is d*cking around and the City may end up taking funds and the project away from her in the near future.

Default Top golf

Top Golf seems to be a tad bit delayed, but the purchase of land is supposed to close in June. With construction being completed in the First Quarter of next year. Hopefully all goes as planned!

More like keep them out of Frisco, that's a rumored location if things with Arlington Fall through. For example, I would support FC Dallas (the MLS team) if I didn't have to drive an hour from West Fort Worth to Frisco to watch a game. If they did it in downtown Dallas it would be at least a straight shot off of I-30 without any toll roads.

I'm not gonna post the pics due to me constantly getting the Red Card and I KNOW that every rendering you'll find is straight from the Star-Telegram.

Where would this new stadium be? On the site of the 'old' one?

Anyway, now I know the last time I went to a ballgame: 1994. My wife-to-be and I went to the new ballpark that first season.

22 years old doesn't seem that old for a baseball park. Of course, I recall when the Cowboys left the Cotton Bowl to play at the newly built Cowboy stadium. Now, it is dust and a memory.
