The "Don't mess with Texas" slogan is actually part of the keep Texas beautiful campaign to keep people from littering.

I used to have a sign that said "Nevermind the dog, beware of the owner" with a picture like you were looking down the barrel of a gun underneath.

Then of course there is the "We shoot first and ask questions later" slogan which always appealed to me.

^ I've seen some of those lawn signs indicating "shoot first, ask later" at some stores. Funny stuff!

I like the car sign which reads, "Driver only carries $20 worth of ammo".

I need to find a picture of that. Sounds hilarious.

FYI
on this very forum, CD forum, there are posters that do no feel anything wrong at all about armed robbery if you need the money. usually you will see these kinds of statments come out in the context of a poor ghetto person trying to make ends meet, the robin hood thing. amazing what people can justify in the name of victimhood.
not everybody that posts here is a nice person. we are not all on the same page.

Well its kind of funny, from what I have heard, when that person doing the robbing is on the wrong side of a handgun, they don't ask them about their impoverished background before they shoot.
