Well, if I passed you on the street I wouldn't think "English". But that's because the English are about as varied-looking as Americans. I know that most people stereotype English looks as having prominent noses and lean faces (like the Royal family) but that's an unfair judgment.
I wouldn't think English or Scottish or Welsh, but if pressed, I think I see the Black Irish in you. But it "looks" mixed with something else I can't quite identify. You asked)
My stepdad's parents are from England. You don't look anything like them. lol. But, the English don't necessarily have a look to them. No European ethnicity does. Most English people I have seen are lighter complected than you, but there are lots of dark haired brunnettes about them.
You look like a person- nothing in particular. Although I do know what you're getting at with the question, however, I don't think there's such a thing as a 'typical British person look' nowadays.
It seems that many people of Irish descent have a short upper lip - I do see that in you. Many Welsh people seem to have dark hair and eyes, and an olive complexion - that's also apparent in your coloring. Your face appears to be full, which can occur in people of all backgrounds and is usually more common in younger people. Your hair looks as if it's wavy - also not uncommon in people of European background.
To me, you look like a typical young American man of unspecified European ancestry.

As someone who grew up in the UK and who's family is all over there...no, not in the slightest.
You look like a fairly unremarkable young American kid. Somewhat puffy and overfed (watch that!), probably decent teeth, cell phone, OK hair.
