Queen Anne in Seattle has to be one of my top places. Has an SF-like feel, centrally located but pretty quiet, and has some great views.

In the city I live in suburban Charlotte (Gastonia)

Collierville, TN- especially the town square. Memphis, downtown and east. Scottsdale, AZ back when I was a kid (it's a bunch of malls now). Sedona, AZ.
