They hope that the surrounding cities find out about the product through the major cities.

So what would the 20 most important major cities/metros in the USA be for a company to advertise their product in? PS, they want to attract the 18-30 year olds who like to party.

So far I got:

NYC
Chicago
LA
Dallas
Philadelphia
Washington DC + Baltimore
SF + Oakland + San Jose + Berkeley + Santa Cruz
Miami + Fort Lauderdale
Atlanta + Athens
San Diego
Las Vegas
Minneapolis + St-Paul
Denver
Boston + Providence
Phoenix + Tempe + Glendale
Austin
Tampa + St-Petersburg
Seattle + Tacoma
St-Louis
Portland

I thought about Cincinnati, Indianapolis, Cleveland, Detroit, Columbus, Charlotte, Virginia Beach+Norfolk, Raleigh... but I dont know much about them.
Wow, Phoenix is on this list??? I'd rather have an elephant tap dance on my forehead than live in anywhere near that city.

Guys,

Remember Cleveland-Akron still has 2.9 million people.

Much larger than Columbus, Portland, Austin, etc.

I would also include Cincinnati in the top 20 as well.

And where's Detroit on people's list.

Cleveland, Pittsburg and St Louis are all questionable here. Maybe Tampa Bay and San Diego could switch them out?

Not picking at your choices but how did you come up with these two
Isn't both along the same or similar latitude?

Maybe even NOLA being a little east of Minneapolis?

The Mississippi River is what usually constitutes east and west. (The Hornets are in the Western conference)

Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Arkansas & Louisiana is the border between West & East US imo.

I just wanted 10 cities on each side and i think Minneapolis looks/feels more East than New Orleans.
