Warm 85-94
Cool 70-84
Cold 50-69
Very Cold 0-49

The coldest I've ever been in was probably 10 degrees.

My take ...being I live in the far northern US Plains

Very hot...above 90
Hot...80s
Warm....60 to 80
Pleasant/Nice....45 to 60
Cool....30 to 45
Cold....10 to 30
Very cold...below 10

Coldest temperature been in -43F (no wind)
