Soooo..... A Negro person has to be, either a wealthy movie star, A g-man, or uppity yuppity investor. Hmmm.............in order for it to be classified as being okay. Chances are their might be some " weeds " as well.

To 'answer' though: any wealthy suburb of a large, 'diverse' cessp* opps, excuse me, city. ( I.E. Atlanta, Baltimore, Birmingham, etc? Don't really know, wouldn't be caught dead within a hundred miles of those places. ) will have wealthy black suburban areas (I.E. 'cities' in some cases)
Basically, a rich suburb of a large 'black' city. Good luck! And, for what it's worth, I totally 100% approve of your right to self segregate.

I do not believe in self segregation at all whatsoever. I'm from NYC and I am not use to self segregation.
Also whites are on the top bracket in American society. What would be the point of making a most affluent white community list if they are all over the place.
The thing with blacks is that people seem to think every location that is majority black is run down ghetto and dangerous and it's not true at all.
