im responding to the person who said that if you go to nyc some of people you think are black, are actually haitian puerto rican and dominican is bull crap. haitians derived from the sma eexact place as the the african americans here so they are black. dominicans, haiti's neighbir are mixed, there are 60% african descent and 40% european, as is puerto rico's case. finally there may be a regular black dominican due to migration from haiti

To Seatown206,Haitian, Puerto Rican, Dominican are all black women. I am a Dominican women, and sweetie I'm black. I have traveled all over and the most attractive women are in Atlanta, Miami, Texas, and DC. Most successful black women live in Atlanta, DC, and Texas. Miami just has beautiful women. Not a lot of them have their own money.
