In my experience, the South. Florida (hell, South Florida) in particular. I drive pretty fast and I get blown by down there.

Mid-Atlantic has more aggressive, road rage drivers. They'll cut you off in a second.

New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Delaware, Washington D.C.

In general the east coast, mid-atlantic and pacific west have the toughest penalties on speeders, and low speed limits (especially east coast/mid atlantic) so they're the least likely to speed.

My vote is for the west or southwest.

Here in SoCal it is very common for people to drive around me when I'm going 80mph (on a 65mph freeway).

This seems like another poll where everybody feels like wherever they live is the worst.

There is probably little to no correlation with speeding by region. I could see some correlation with drivers being more impatient and quicker on the horn and middle finger in metro areas with bad traffic... but there are going to be speeders all over the place. Probably fewer in places with fewer people, but per capita, it's probably about the same.
