An area that hasn't been mentioned, but could work is the Detroit area. Good school districts with above average Indian populations like Plymouth-Canton, Farmington, Novi, Northville, parts of West Bloomfield and Ann Arbor are close to or a drive down I-275 from the airport. Farmington is about 14% Indian and has the highest percentage for any municipality/CDP in the state of MI. So, that may be another option.
