What neighborhoods in the US feel like you’re in Europe? I’ve seen this thread done for cities but not for neighborhoods. What neighborhoods come to mind for their walkability, architecture, culture etc.

Many in NYC are very similar to spots in European cities: Brooklyn Heights, Cobble Hill, Greenpoint, Ridgewood, etc.

The list in NYC goes on and on.

New Orleans reminds me of certain towns in Spain, like Seville or Hondarribia or a less compact Girona.

I think neighborhoods like Marigny, Algiers, Treme, Bywater... are the most interesting.
