A sweet deal for New Hampshire, which benefits from the access but never paid a cent to build or maintain the road! I have to wonder why Vermont willingly took the short end of that stick. Sure, NH built most of I-93, but it's much shorter - and they split I-89 in half.
New Hampshire today has 225 miles of Interstate, Vermont 320, despite the former having twice the resident base!
