Wich state has the best state flag? (colleges, to move)

I would like to cast a vote for New Mexico. The stylized sun design is clean and simple.

Ours is pretty simple in Oregon but I like it.

Idaho has a very attractive state flag and probably the best state motto's: Esto Perputua.

I believe the state flag has the only state seal in the nation designed by a female.

Colorado's flag makes me think of the Chicago Cubs. South Carolina does have on of the best flags out there and a pelican injuring itself to feed its young is interesting to me.
