I wouldnt say they dont exist. They do exist. Its just not a super common thing. Black/white couples are more common in the southern states. I think its more of a numbers thing than anything. California doesnt really have that many black people on a per person basis.
I also dont really see any black girls with asian guys, I see lots of Asian girls with black guys.

I live in a part of the USA that's maybe 5% black and somewhat conservative. It's less common to see a black-girl/white-guy dating than the reverse, but much of the white-girl/black-guy dating I see is sometimes just for sex or to anger parents. If we mean in terms of real relationships I don't know if I've seen that great a difference. I mean even there it's apparently 60%+ of the time that the Black person in the relationship is male, but it's not like 90+%. One of my white Professors was married to a black woman from Cote D'Ivoire/France. (A bit of a dual citizen or something. They have since divorced)
I almost never see a couple that's Asian Man with non-Asian woman and it's not because I see no Asians. The main couple I know of was this one white girl with a Thai boyfriend, but she apparently got comments on it. I don't recall any Black-Gal/Asian-Guy couples in my life. (At least not in the US, I know of a Chinese-Jamaican woman who may have had such a couple in her ancestry)

Would Latino and white be considered interracial? Because Latino is not a race, but I still see people use it in this context. So is it mixed, or would you include it in that term because it is a mix of cultures maybe?
Latino is complicated on several fronts. Like on Scrubs where they're a Black/Dominican couple. The thing is in 1990 30% of Dominicans identified as black and 73% of Dominicans are of partial African ancestry. (That said I've heard of Dominicans who are racist against blacks, but then again I've heard of Louisiana "Black Creoles" who are/were racist against blacks)
So I guess it'd depend on how the Latino identifies.
