How to stop someone from sending me mail? (post office, business)

how do I stop from getting mail from a specific address? it's from a person that is trying to send me something I do not want, it's not business. He might use a false name to send me something. HELP

Just write on the envelope.... "Nobody here by that name - return to sender" After a few tries, he'll get the idea.
