I live in Lake City, Fl. and have a job offer in Adel,Ga.? What are the folks like? friendly, clicky or as they say here an "Outsider". Strange?
Is there a mall nearby, restaurants, shopping, etc.

Is the area growing or kind of just stagnant like some areas here in Fla.
Boy I do have a lot of questions....

Ok, people be honest now...I need help...Don't forget the Yankee accent. It may be a problem.

You will not find a mall in Adel. Here is your nearest shopping:

Adel, GA, USA - Google Maps

Go the the "find businesses" tab, and type in mall for a search. The closest one is in Valdosta.

And nearest Wal-Marts are at Tifton, Moultrie, Valdosta, and Douglas

haha! sorry- Adel is what you would refer to as "boonies"... but, ive heard that the Moultrie area is sorta "growing"- Valdosta is much bigger (though, ive only visited)
i dont recall the ppl there being rude but, your accent might pose a problem... my dad dates a girl from Ohio and i know when i try to speak to her, our conversation goes NOWHERE!! I cant understand her due to her heavy northern accent and she cant understand me w/ my southern draw. So, to alleviate any further miscommunications- i simply dont not speak to her!! LOL!

Nashville is about 25 mins from me. They are renovating its downtown and has become a "fairly nice small town", but lets just say I wouldn't move there. However there are some very nice homes in Berrien County. I am not bringing Nashville down but I have heard it being called Nastyville. It does have its eyesores! If I can answer any questions for you, feel free to ask...

Closest mall: Valdosta, Tifton
There are a few big chain restaurants and some small town homecooking restaurants.
Shopping: Valdosta, Tifton
Our area is growing semi-rapid.
Of course you have your clicks and all that, but I know of several people around with Yankee accents, so I don't think it would be to big of a problem. But all areas have their good and bad apples.
