The builder was
Ryland Homes . From my experience, Ryland Homes builds a solid home.

The subdivision had three builders. Ryland Homes, Richport Properties, and Lot One Homes. Ryland had the larger models, and the homes are a bit more expensive then the other two. The school district is very good. I have two nieces that attend the middle and high school. [moderator cut:soliciting]
