I am originally from southern Bavaria and I have lived there 24 years. Every region is different. When I talk in my native accent/dialect, no one in northern germany would understand my language - nor my culture or traditions. Same goes for other countries like Sweden or Norway or even Austria. Extremely different.

That article is asinine and should not be taken seriously. Obviously.
There are plenty of things Europe does well that America isn't great at, and the opposite is equally true.

Despite the fact that article sounds like it was written by a college freshman, I do think Europe's cities are, as a general rule, vastly superior to America's cities. When it comes to being around nature though, the opposite is true.
Here are a few things some people say makes the European lifestyle superior.
-socialized medicine
-better architecture, cities
-more vacation time
-shorter work hours
-deeper, more meaningful friendships
-better wine and food
-better fashion
-more pedestrian/transit-oriented lifestyle
-better-looking people
-less income inequality
-more cultured, sophisticated
-worldy rather and cosmpolitan than insular and provincial
-slim rather than fat
-contemplative and considerate rather than stupid and boorish
-Bistros vs Walmart
Europe has richer histories and cultural experiences because it has so many countries. But America is definitely where the money is for most people, especially for immigrants.
So, it is a toss-up: Make your money in America and travel in Europe - the best of both worlds.
(By the way, living on the east coast makes it a little easier to do that. ;-)
America has better modern architecture and better cities. Period.

"It is safe to say that a European girl might empty your bank account with her gold digging ways, but how could you be mad at her when it is purely a part of her culture?"
"They don’t have rules that clubs need to stop serving liquor at a certain time and basically let you do whatever the hell you want to. You can even smoke indoors!"
"Trust us, the women across the pond are a lot better than the pedestrian American women drinking warm beer. But they are indeed expensive and put a price on their service, sex."
"This past weekend we saw a 15 year-old in one of the most prestigious nightclubs in the South of France. You can basically get away with anything in Europe and not have to abide by the stupid laws here, like clubs closing at 2 a.m. or not being allowed to drink in public. That stuff is encouraged in Europe."
"In Europe, depending on which country you are in, hard liquor is always encouraged and there is nothing wrong with having a glass of wine with breakfast or even a shot of vodka with your caviar."

Most of which are stereotypes.
Yes, there are many wonderful qualities about Europe, and yes, many Americans enjoy visiting Europe, but this whole notion that Europe is culturally superior is predicated on elitism, pretentiousness and offensive assertions about Americans (not to mention simplistic, since, as others have noted, "Europe" far from a culturally-uniform continent).
