My "assumption" is quite valid, considering "one of the ways" you discussed handling it was physical assault, which led to a discussion on the legality of said internet tough guy response.

Exactly..."one". Meaning there are multiple responses available for different situations.

So people should go be rude out of my presence.

And we were discussing "one" of those possible reactions, were we not?

Your assumption, your erroneous assumption, seemed to indicate that you thought it was my only available response. That is where you a fool, for being unable to read the responses given. But if forced to do so, I might be driven to respond to rudeness in just that way. Of course, when I ran that sandwich shop, I'd just toss the rude people out. Do you have any idea how many people don't like rude people, but are afraid to do anything to the people? To confront them?

I understand you with rude people but, unless physically attacked you have no reason to ASSAULT anyone. Especially if they are only talking to you even if what they are saying you dont agree with or find rude.

Why are you trying to deflect from the issue WE were discussing?

The illegality of assaulting someone because they offended you.

Is your attempt at misdirection your way of admitting that assault not only isn't a socially responsible reaction to PDA's, but illegal as well?

Well, that explains quite a bit.

TK, the law takes hate crimes a little more seriously than they do petty crimes. If you assault a gay person just for being gay, you surely will end up locked up.

I had to physically throw people out of the shop because they would not respond to a verbal request to leave.
