But it doesn't require two people to touch each other in public. And, like I said, there's no way to tell that it's specifically a "wedding ring".
I am going to give you examples of PDA...tell me which one offend you.
Two people enjoying coffee together and laughing.
Two friends who havent seen eachother in years give each other a hug.
A parent hugging their kid(s).
Two people holding hands.
two guys high fiving each other.
A couple sitting next to each other on a bench/booth or on the bus, one of them has their arm around the other.
Two strangers smiling at each other.
Two friends smiling at each other.
A couple at the airport, one is leaving and they kiss before going.
There is a difference between PDA and making out in public. PDA is okay, as long as you arent dry humping each other/ or making out.
I am sorry that you feel that you cant show PDA with friends, family, and your Girlfriend. But that is your problem and YOU need to deal with it with out involving anyone else...well maybe a psychiatrist.
PDA - A personal display of Affection.
Affection - The Expression of Care.
Care - A liking or regard
So this means that if you care about someone and you show it in anyway out side of your home...it is PDA. If you smile at your Girlfriend in Public...its PDA.
Sorry TKramar, but people arent going to stop showing affection towards each other just because you cant handle it. It is not their problem you have social issues, its yours. PDA has been around longer than you have, so deal with it.
Most people get married out of affection for their spouse. Wedding bands are a symbol of that emotional bond. Therefor, wedding bands are a PDA.
You know, I really love my wife! And after almost 30 years of being together, we still hold hands when walking together - be it in a mall, a park or simply on a sidewalk.
And there are times when it just seems 'RIGHT" to pull her tight to me and just give her a passionate, loving kiss - regardless of where we are.
You can tell 'ole TKramer that if that bothers him - TOUGH! Also tell him that if he were to come up and try to make an issue of it with me - it will be the last time he will ever make an issue, about anything, with anybody!
Would you tell him this for me? I'd appreciate it.

Gladly, And I think I just did by quoting you. unless he blocked me to. Odd that he can just ignore people online but it is so hard for him to do in public...he needs and easy button.
Grats on 30 years and keeping the passion alive. More couples need to do this.

Why? Are you on his ignore list, or are you just pretending he isn't in the room?
