You don't-Racism is the american mental illness,it prevades all forms of bigotry in
US ,is transmitted from person to person and inherited by children as sure as eye color.
And thats the good part.
Please provide some links that support your allegations that racism falls within the discipline of psychiatry, that it is unique to the USA, and that a child of a racist is irremedially locked into being a racist himself.

You're wrong. Racism is found all over the world and in almost every country. It's actually normal and very much a part of our animal part to be distrustful of those that are different from us in looks, culture and religion. Just check out Jane Goodall's second documentary on her chimpanzee tribes.
It all depends on what people are instead of what people do. Anything where you hate people for what they are is not only generally disdainful, but usually it's so broad it's really incorrect. Thinking so is not really illegal, but acting in such fashion in professional life is illegal (personal it's not always but it's a great way to make people hate you in 3 seconds flat).
Being against those who do bad things (to each persons personal values) is not really bad, you don't have to like the bad things people do. You can't do terrible things using that as a justification though, especially in your professional life.
