Look, they sometimes hire women to work on the stock crew. They never manage to pull their weight. We don't have time to go around "helping" other people do their work. You've got to be able to lift a couple hundred pounds if you want to work for us. Even if you only have to lift it like--2 inches--you still have to be able to get it off the skid, or onto a skid, by yourself. In the case of shelving (I'm talking the wood stuff--particleboard, really), It weighs somewhere between 100 and 150 pounds, and you have to get it two feet in the air, to put it on the middle shelf. If you can't do it, then we don't need you. There are guys that can do it--by themselves--just fine.

We don't hire women for the stock crew. That a job for low IQ men. Women we put in skill positions. That's why they would integrate well into subs -- no low IQ positions available.
Women can't be in infantry, isn't that what you're saying? Women aren't all that intelligent either. That's why they're the ones who wind up as single parents, saddled with kids.
