Nothing is proven as "fact" in Science. Theory is as good as it gets. Everything you've learned in school is theory or "the state of science as we currently understand it"

Yes, the layman's definition of 'theory' isn't the same as science's. Ex: Newton's Theory of Gravity, Einstein's Theory of Relativity, and Quantum Theory are all as close to factual as you can get.

Earth is hollow with openings at North Pole and South pole. There is no core its just a failed theory . Even there was a scientific experiment where Sonar waves were sent to be recived at other end of earth ,it goes only 800 km and then takes a round around the crust wherver thsi experiment has been done proving hollow Earth theory.

Theory is the basis of the scientific method. It is not a guess. Science is not like set theory in mathematics. It's rare to have the ability to "prove" something. Relativity is still a theory, Maxwell's Equations express a theory, the ideal gas laws are a theory. Theses aren't guesses they are the expressions of scientific knowledge.
