Howdy,

Currently live in Charlotte/Huntersville and will be moving north. Thinking of the Clemmons area if I buy a house, but maybe downtown. Anyone else live downtown and like it? I see some nice condos going up for auction soon.

I am not certain I am a city guy, mid 30's single, no pets. Job is in WS proper (I know ladies.. job, car and can type.. don't crowd.. ) anywho.. thinking of different options this time around.. Curious on other people's thoughts..

Used to live is WS, outside of downtown up past Wake Forest near North Point. Maybe I can answer some questions.
