Randleman Road is pretty run down but these apartments seem tucked away enough to be safe. I'm not totally sure though.

One of the good things about Greensboro is traffic is not horrible, but it will be busy at the intersection of Wendover and 40 during rush hours.

Sure! Message me if you need to. I grew up here, left for a long time and now I'm back. I'm happy to help.

So it looks like we may be progressing faster than we thought and may be buying instead. Looking at the northern part of the county, i.e. Summerfield/Browns Summit area. I know it's rural, but looks like plenty of shopping can be done on Pisgah Church which seems to be about 15 minutes from there, if my bearings are correct. Any info on this area would be appreciated. We're looking here and a few other places similar and close to it:

That's a nice enough area (the area around the Farm at Cedar Hollow) and growing but it's still kind of out there too in terms of driving to get everywhere. Have you considered the area around Guilford College? That's also good area and close to everything, and would be a more desirable commute if you work on W. Wendover Ave. near the car dealerships.

That does look like a nice area, but they don't have what we're looking for in that area; new construction on a minimum of .50 acres. That's why we've had to go to the northern part of the county. If that's available near Guilford, I'd be very interested, but didn't see it.
