I've been to the Dean & Deluca's in Ballentyne. Can't wait to go to one in Greenville!
Thanks for confirming where I had seen the name before. They have a location next to 30 Rock where they tape the Today Show!

When Felicity was on the air, the cast worked at D&D.

I just went to their website for the first time....$28 for Mac & Cheese

I'm not sure if that's gonna fly here.

They are only located in 14 cities worldwide, so they obviously don't open stores in a risky fashion. They have surely done their research, and they feel good about the Greenville market's ability to support them.

At least at that price point, they won't have to sell in volume to make money! Seriously, I'm sure pricing at the brick & mortar sites varies somewhat by market.

This is no higher in price than Ruth's Chris and some of the nicer restaurants in town. There is plenty of money in Greenville. Sometimes we forget that not everyone makes the same income that we do.

Some people don't like the thought of exclusivity in any industry. Perhaps this is why there is a push toward the redistribution of wealth in the US - or rather an apparent attempt to eliminate the middle and upper classes. "Why should some people be allowed to have more than the rest of us?" Of course, that question would change if the person who asked it won the Powerball jackpot.

Yeah, I think Felicity would have to ring up my order for me to buy a $28 mac and cheese. LOL

Still, it will make money off tourists and visitors. Celebrities who perform at the Peace Center might stop in and feel at "home".
