Has anyone heard of Tutti Frutti Yogurt? It is going into the Publix at Thornblade shopping center in the store that used to be a frame shop. Is it a chain or independent store?

Yep...they have one at Haywood Mall: //www.facebook.com/pages/Tutti-...18705521517591 It's a chain but I like their yogurt. Lots of flavors and toppings. Oh and they should have free yogurt on opening day. That's what they did at the Haywood one.

A Tutti Frutti Yogurt Shop just opened in Mauldin last Thursday. It's next to Publix at the corner of Laurens and Mauldin Roads. We went yesterday and the yogurt and service was great! Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt of Mauldin - Restaurant/Cafe - Mauldin, SC | Facebook

And they are opening on in Taylors on Wade Hampton where the Target is.

Seems they are saturating the area. Wonder how much an ounce it's going to be. It seems up here they charge quite a bit more (around .49c an ounce I've seen). Our friend opened a shop in Kennesaw, GA (we were there today) and she only charges .39 cents an ounce, which is about the norm in the ATL area she said.

I hope once there's more competition in the area that prices will come down. It can get VERY pricey, you don't realize just how much it's going to cost until you set that cup on the scale, and by that time, there's no turning back. It does and can add up.

There's one in Boiling Springs and I love it.

The east side of Spartanburg is getting another frozen yogurt self-serve shop and I'm a super fan (of self-serve yogurt shops). Unfortunately, I'll be moving to Columbia in a couple of days, so I won't get to enjoy it. Oh well.

The one in Taylors has such great flavors variety! It looks like they have flavors that other Tutti Frutti around the area don't even have. Well, I guess the price makes up for all the toppings choices they've got. They seems to have more toppings then any other one around. Well, I enjoy it.

Can someone tell me why you would choose yogurt over ice cream? I would venture that the sugar content is equal, if not mire in the yogurt, when you add toppings. Do you like the taste better?

I would choose:

1. Frozen Custard
2. Ice Cream
3. Yogurt

I don't do toppings, just give it to me straight up

@SOPHIA: I THINK YOGURT TASTES EXACTLY LIKE ICE CREAM. THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS YOGURT HAS GOOD PROBIOTICS IN THERE THAT HELP REGULATE YOUR DIGESTIVE TRACT (TRUST ME, I KNOW...I WORK IN THE MEDICAL FIELD). WHY EAT ICE CREAM WHEN YOU CAN EAT FRO-YO AND STILL HAVE SAME TASTE, IF NOT BETTER, PLUS IT'S LOW IN FAT CONTENT COMPARED TO ICE CREAM. IT'S BASICALLY A DIFFERENT WAY OF THOUGHT PROCESS NOW: EAT HEALTHY, BUT NOT GIVING UP THE AWESOME TASTE!

@ELDEMILA: HAVE YOU HAD CREME BRULEE YOGURT? IT'S LIKE FROZEN CUSTARD (I JUST HAD IT THE OTHER DAY AT TUTTI FRUTTI).
