after doing several searches here to try to research areas around G-SP, I figured the best way for me is going to be through a professional. I'm going to be down at the end of March for a Weds through Sunday visit. Will have at least one whole day, while hubby is at work, to drive around and get the lay of the land.

Sooo - if anyone is interested in showing me around and answering a million questions - with the disclaimer that any potential relocation for the rest of our family would not be happening until mid summer (we are still awaiting contract solidification for another project at my husband's job plus we are weighing alot of other factors) -- please PM me so I can get in touch with you.

I"m looking for someone who basically . . . .. knows it all! We are probably going to want to rent a SFH, yet if the price is right and rates continue to be low, we could end up ultimately buying. Looking for something between Greenville and Seneca. Can be closer to Greenville but wanting to keep the commute to Seneca at 30 minutes if possible. I can get more specific when we connect on here.

Thanks!
