The Road Warriors defeated the Wings 4-3 in triple overtime to take the series lead 3-2. They will face the Wings again in Kalamazoo, Michigan on Tuesday for game six and the opportunity to win the series.

I was at the game. Even though the refs were terrible, it was one of the best hockey games I have ever seen.

Four wins down and 12 to go, the Road Warriors move onto the second round of the Kelly Cup finals. They defeated the Kalamazoo Wings 3-1 in game six.

The Road Warriors face the Wheeling Nailers in the second round.

The Road Warriors fell at home last night in overtime 3-2. They lead the Nailers 2-1 in a best-of-seven series.

Games four and five will be played at Bon Secours Wellness Arena on Thursday and Friday.

I see the Road Warriors had a loss Thursday to allow the Nailers to even the series. Retaining the series lead is important.

Game six will be Monday at Wheeling. Game seven, if necessary, will also be there.
