Culver's #574 had severe drive thru issues yesterday. Four vehicles were parked past the drive thru window waiting for orders to come out.
I'm not sure if you're joking or have just never eaten there. You pay for your order at the window, get a number and drive forward to wait for your food to be brought out. Even if you're the only person in line. They have multiple parking lanes in front of the building specifically for that.

I dined at Culver's $569/#574 on its grand opening on Monday, 17 May 2016, and pass it on a daily basis.
In a drive thru, you order at the menu, drive up to the window to pay for and pick up the order, then drive off. Quick service restaurants with drive thru that follow this standard are usually successful.
Quick service restaurants with drive thru that do not have your orders ready at the window, request you to pull up, wait five minutes or longer, and bring out food that is under-cooked, soggy, or over-burnt would trigger serious concerns in regards to quality and service.
Parking lanes are usually for vehicles parallel parking for dine-in or for emergency vehicles to park when responding to emergencies at the location.

I tried El Mariachi for the first time last night. It was positive.

Entering El Mariachi, I was greeted by a salsa bar and great ambiance. I dined close to the bar to enjoy baseball and soccer on the televisions.
I ordered the Steak Rancheo for $10.50. It came out with cheese sauce, onions, and beans. (I did not eat the onions because of a food allergy.) The quality of the food was delicious.

The salsa bar was out of spicier salsas.
Let me know when you find a place that makes fresh salsa. When I mean fresh, not that they opened canned tomatoes and made the salsa from that, I'm talking about made from fresh tomatoes in house. Seems it's like trying to find a unicorn.
Guacamoles is my go-to Mexican place in town. Glad you were able to find a place you like. I think I tried them about 8 years ago if that's the place where Walmart is???
