The old Wendy's on Haywood Rd is get torn down does anybody know why? Would like to see a PopEyes Chicken or a Litlle Pigs BQQ or is a new Wendy's going up there?

If Wendy's closes a location for good, it is likely not to return. The Haywood Road location is one of three in Greenville County to close in recent years.

Yea it would be great to see a Popeyes. They have recently entered the Charlotte area, and are also in Columbia and Atlanta. They need to fill in the gap here.

I wonder if Haverty's intends to relocate in the future. Looking at the site plan, there is room for additional restaurants. I will say it does need traffic signals at the signalized intersection with Haywood Road and The Gallery.

If Haverty's does relocate I know there will go to woodruff rd if that happens I would like to see a Jim& Nicks BQQ to take place of Haverty's the other restaurants I like to see is Ben And Jerry's Ice cream in and out burger a Chicken and waffle place and for a store would like to see a Greenville Drive Gift shop it's nice to Haywood TD Growing can't wait until the Haywood mall gets a new remoldering someone told me that cheesecake factory was supposed to go on Haywood rd is that true? Does anybody know what's going into the old TJ Max next to Toney pizza I would like to see a Big Lots go there

In N Out Burger is mostly on the West coast and California. Although they have recently expanded into Dallas, Texas. Have not heard about Cheesecake Factory, but they now have a location at the Mall of Georgia. And SouthPark in Charlotte.

A Chessecake Factory would be nice to have on Haywood RD if Haverty's moves that would be a nice sport for it also on Haywood RD I would like see a Jim&Nicks BQQ Roy Rogers and for a store a Greenville Drive gift shop also I would like to see on Haywood RD a Bob evens

I could see it being a SmashBurger. Columbia had a few of those pop up last couple of years.
