Demolition and construction is occurring at Lewis Plaza. I have not seen any construction bid announcements for Harris Teeter yet, which is projected to open in late 2016 or early 2017.

Harris Teeter and Kroger have not announced any additional Greenville locations yet.

Although no announcements have been made, I would think Kroger would be looking for additional Harris Teeter locations as they prepare to reenter the Upstate market.

I wonder if Kroger is also considering opening its Marketplace hypermarket stores in the Greenville area and across the upstate region or acquiring an existing market participant to quickly increase store count and develop market share.
