We are building in the Five Forks area (Ryan Home) and think it is a wonderful area. I also teach at Bells Crossing, and love the school as well! If you have any questions, let me know!

Be sure to check out Neely Farm Subdivision in Simpsonville before you make a decision. There are tons of kids, women's groups and family events. Most of the lots are wooded/fenced with nice backyards. There is a pool, tennis courts and large playground. We love living here and the schools are good (from what I hear) as our kids go to a private Catholic school. Prices range from $180-300K. Send me a private message if you would like more details.

Default Great Information!

Thanks for all of the input. We are heading down on Friday and will be looking at all of these wonderful sounding places! The job hunt is not going as smooth as I had thought it might, but in time, if it is meant to be, I will find a good fit! I have manufacturing finance experience with an automotive company, so hopefully something will work!

I would love to be a part of a community where the neighbors interact!! We definately do not have that up here! Thanks again for the input and I will let you all know how the visit goes

I posted earlier about Gilder Creek Farms. In the area of the neighborhood they call The Valley (I gave directions to that area) the neighbors have Progessive Dinners (go to different person house for appetizer, main meal, dessert, etc.), lots of block type parties, a womens BUNCO night and a mans poker night. Everyone is very friendly.
