Would someone please describe the Sam's Club location in more detail? The. pdf file (which indicates site "O" will be 9,500 sf) doesn't match the key g-man provided in the same post (which indicates site "O" will be 136,000+ sf). Thanks in advance!

Glad its Marshalls. We have lots of TJ Maxx's around the upstate. Now if they could just land Ross. I find Ross prices to be very reasonable. A nice multiplex theatre and Target would be nice for one of the future expansions of this complex also. Does anyone know if there is enough room across the street behind the new QT for a store the size of Target ? Seems like I read some speculation at one point that Target could eventually go there.

There have been rumors of Longhorn Steakhouse and Reb Lobster but those are only rumors so far.

They got rid of those three retail spots (N, O, and P1) on the end that you see on the pdf file and have combined them into one retail spot (O). That site plan on the pdf file is several years old so it is outdated. Sorry about the confusion and forgetting to state that they combined those spaces. Below is the newest site plan for Easley Town Center (which I wasn't able to find on the bid package until this morning) so you can what they have changed around and not have to look at that old site plan anymore. The only thing not shown to my knowledge is Tractor Supply Company which is slated to go in to the right or behind Sam's Club along Rocky Slope Road.

Petsmart doesn't seem right for the size.. According to the Shops at Greenridge site plan, the one on Woodruff is 30,015 sq ft, so the one in Easley will be half the size of the one on Woodruff?

Avg store size of a petsmart is approx 20,000 sq ft. assuming the one in Easley will not have a pet hotel, our store will probably be on the small side, but not tiny.

That one is the largest Petsmart in the metro area and includes a pet hotel. The one in Easley will not have that unfortunately which is why it's only half the size.

Not sure but I would think by the end of this month. UPS is slated to be locating between those two tenants in the last remaining retail spot within that building also. Originally, the building was only going to have five tenant spaces but it ended up with six at the end of the day somehow.
