That is the nicest thing anyone has ever told me elston...thank you from my heart! Off to the shower and then to church! Pretty tired--didn't get home from work until after 10pm last night! I drove slow and saw many critters.....

Hi my Cyn, and everyone!

I haven't been around much lately, many things to deal with, and not much motivation for chatting on the forum either.

Cyn, I hope this chiropractor does wonders.
Never been to one, may have to one day. I must say my body hasn't been the same since the sweetpea was born, and having to carry her around didn't help. I still need to carry her at times, help her in the car, the bathtub etc... my back doesn't appreciate! She's getting too heavy for me!

Big hugs.

I do believe this chiropractor is helping. The range of movement in my arm is a lot better. I just have to remember to do my part--posture is so important. And drinking lots of water which I do sometimes and sometimes I don't. Working on that. The acupuncture spots seem to help too....he has 4 on me now. Now if we could get a little sunshine things would probably improve a lot! Darn BuBu keeps pulling blankets out of his house....grrrr. I think he's bored too.

It's always good to hear from you Sudcaro--you and the Sweet Pea are always on my mind. You take care of yourself!
More rain today but it is suppose to taper off. I hope so...my road is nearly gone! Have a good day everyone!

Some rain here, too much for my Tue visit to the dog shelter.

Again I have not gotten notice of posts... appears if I don't post for a couple days my name is removed from the notification list. I assume this in normal operating procedure.. reduces traffic by dropping auto for the occasional visitor.

This post will put me back on the list for a couple days. Otherwise I can just drop in.... and may result in being non-responsive to post directed to me, same for all assume.

To the Chiropractors today and then I must finally mow this lawn. It looks like a jungle..just hope it's dry enough by now so I don't get clumps. I hope this will be my last mow job for the year!

Someone should volunteer to help mow, your church may have such an outreach, if not it could be suggested to the elders or whoever organizes community service. Helping one's own is also good works for a church.

Let the grass dry, assume you have a small lawn and power mower.

If I lived nearby I'd mow for you... others would too, they just have to know the need.

For me leaves are the task now, I have large power equipment so can still do myself, but not for many more years. I see assisted living in my future, good Lord willing to give me a few more years

Ah Jerry, a small lawn would be nice. Alas I have nearly 3 acres. I do have a ride on mower, not big and it takes me about 3-4 hours and there are many bumps. I am so not a person to "ask" for help when I see so many very old people mowing their lawns around here. They love it. Guess not being raised doing it maybe makes the difference and since hurting my arm it makes it more difficult. I was raised by parents that just did not ask for help so it is very hard for me to ask. I jump on offers but who is to know my needs when I don't let it be known? Vicious circle. I know you would help and I love you for that! You are just that kind of person............
