Thanks Dude! That means a lot. I did get a doctors appointment at 11:30 am so I will be out the door as soon as I shower. My road is totally under water so please keep positive thoughts for me! I will go slow.....

Cyn.......for the past month I have been having pretty chronic pain in my shoulder.....disrupting my sleep...couldnt find a comfortable position.....difficulty tucking in my shirts....arm could raise or rotate......but!!!!! It has been feeling better the last few days......It started before our vacation....I think from walking two doggies at once and trying to keep them untangled....then the long plane trip ....aggravated it! Whatever...it is feeling better and gaining in flexibility and mobility! I hope that your arm similarly improves.

It surely will now elston. I really feel good about this chiropractor. He is honest and feels so much like I do about many things. He does a form of acupuncture as well. Today he really couldn't do much until he gets to look at my x-rays and then we will see what is up. But he put an acupuncture chip on my wrist and some numbing spray on my back and I already feel better. Maybe it's just the hope he gave me. Then I got home to a message from my first therapist--the gal I loved and really helps me--she is so good with me--we just clicked. Anyhow she is not working yet but is still trying to get a women's group set up for our area....still she called me to tell me, left a message and asked that I call her so we can chat. I just love her! My other therapist is such a wonderful lady but for some reason it just was not the same.....Anyhow I am once again home and filled with "hope" which makes such a huge difference in life!

I hope so too....but if it doesn't get better elston get it checked!
Had my lab work done this morning for my physical next week. I'll be happy once this is all over and done. I just pray my health holds up! I go back to the chiropractor at 4pm today as he will have looked at my x-rays and know what's up!

Good to hear you are recovering Elston.

Cyn, how is your job treating you? Hope the pain isn't causing too much disruption. I am doing ok for the most part. Thanks for keeping me in your thoughts.

The chiropractor showed me my ex-rays and my spine is pretty bad. Looks like I had whip lash a one point. We started treatments yesterday--praying it works. He said it will take some time and he can't make it perfect but he can make me feel good! Of course I have to do my part. My boss is very understanding. Now for my lab work to come back....

I have never been to a chiropractor......I have a feeling that perhaps I should......but I dont want to be dependant on regular treatments.....everyone I know who goes.....goes regularly. ???
