Very foggy here today.
Have a blessed day everyone!
Do you garden much, Cyn? The weather has allowed me to tend the garden a bit lately. It’s so calming, and brings hopefulness for new beginnings.

I use to. But with only the use of my left arm still it has proven difficult! Plus it has been unusually cold and snowy here this year. I hope to be able to get some work done in my garden soon! My poor roses never even got trimmed this year. I have never let that happen! Makes me feel bad...but I will get back to them soon hopefully! Thank you for reminding me gentlearts how much good comes from enjoying my garden!

Good morning everyone!
Rain today and I have a dental appointment and then work. I'm stressing about my dogs being left for the entire day but it has to be done. I will just take them for walks before I leave!
I hope everyone is doing well...it's been so quiet here. I hope that is a good sign!
Have a blessed day!

Have a good day cyn....it sounds like a long one. The doggies will be fine...(even if they have an accident).

Yes it is quiet......but you know.....things are sometimes "circular" or in cycles.

Yes, I have seen it before--the cycles! I am not sure why, probably because of the change in my routine with the dentist today and work after but I feel so anxious and actually sort of afraid. Not sure of what--just life I guess. What really bothers me is I was never like this a few years ago. Maybe it's a part of getting older too. Thank you as usual for the encouragement elston--I always know I can count on you!

Just Hang in there cyn. Try to think of ways to expand your social contacts. You need some real life friends.

Good night, elston
Cyn, I don't have any advice, but I truly understand your anxiety. The older I get (I am 56) the worse my anxiety is. It frustrates me, because it has mainly been in the last 5 years that it seems my worries and fears are growing every day. I don't much like feeling this way. The only thing that seems to help for me, is if I just keep myself really busy. But my mind still races when I lay down to go to sleep at night, thinking of all the "what if" this or that happens.
The older I get, the less capable I feel of handling "life", which makes no sense.
Maybe we just get worn out from handling so much throughout our life that we've reached our limit?
But we just have to keep plugging along. No other viable options, really.
Focus on the positive, and try not to let our worries suck the day to day joy out of our life.
