Cyn how are you adjusting to the new time? Hope you slept OK. Its a beautiful day here with lots of sunshine for us here. Temperature is still a little cold at -1 D C.
It's cloudy but warm here today. Having phone problems--not good since computer works through the phone company. Hopefully they will fix the problem. I called my doctors nurse today and we are discussing getting me off these medications. She will be calling me back again later. Of course it won't be an overnight thing but with help I can get it over and done hopefully!
Cat tree came today---72" tall. I'm going to need some help with this one! I hope it cheers the kitties---between my moods and the weather they seem down. I always worry. Won't be able to get it up for a couple of days when my neighbor has a day off. Bless his heart.
Woke up--wide awake at 3:30AM. I didn't even go to bed as early as usual either. Not sure what woke me up but this is going to be one long day. I have plenty to get done but I'd rather have slept a little longer! Guess I just have a lot on my mind. Hope everyone has a nice day!
I hope your computer and phone issues have been solved.
About your password... if you get disconnected from CD and can't remember it, there is the " forgot your password" option, so they will send you a new one, that you may keep or change, it's as you want - when it happened to me a couple of years ago I decided to keep the one they sent me, and I still use that e-mail as a reminder.

Cyn, with all these medications they give you, dont they have any suggestion/pills to help you sleep better? I know you dont want to get used to pills but 3:30 is really early. Hopefully today you will get to rest a bit. Nap in the afternoons...please try.
Oh they always have pills for just about everything but if I start depending on pills I will never get to know "me"...or that is my fear. It's all just a part of this horrible grief journey it seems. I am far from alone going through it and I have to stop feeling sorry for myself which I have been doing lately---time to get busy!
Cyn, I use the Wal-Mart brand of ZZQuil. It's a liquid and works very well. You can choose what dose works for you. I started with a whole capful, then a half cap. I only use it as needed.
I awoke at 4 a.m. and by 6 a.m. I was cleaning the house and doing laundry. Now I am exhausted. I know Cyn what it feels like awakening too soon. Glad to hear you are refraining from taking pills that might down the road become addictive. Ativan is one of them, I know first hand.
