Hoarding isn't the cause. Its the deliberate reduction in ammo being made available for purchase by consumers. Look into Cerberus and the ammo market share they own.

Maybe the hoarders have enough already?

I do not consider it hoarding. I consider it to be stockpiling. I also still stockpile as much as I can lay my hands on.

remember, there is no such thing as too much ammo, there is only too much ammo to carry.
I bought 25,000 rounds of 22LR and 3000 rounds of 7.62x51 over the weekend.

I see many of the NC hoarders trying to unload their excess 22 LR for .10 a round and just a couple of days ago some were selling their .05 Walmart ammo for .07

Seems like the profit margins are down so even the hoarders are having "sales".

Hoarders aren't the ones selling their ammo....those are sellers, not hoarders. Hoarders hoard.

I also have sources that verify CCI has the capability and capacity to manufacturer 4,000,000 rounds of .22LR per day. If so.....WHERE is it all going?

only if the company stops making all other rounds.
