I wouldn't turn a woman down because she had short hair.

In my experience I've found that typically men prefer long hair on women, but some do prefer short. However, and most importantly, you need to do what looks best on you. I had long hair 6in past my shoulders for many years, then each year I started getting shorter and shorter. Now I have 1-3in hair(layers and bangs) and I couldn't be happier. Short hair looks better on me, and I've gotten far more compliments from the opposite sex on my short hair than I ever did with long hair. I've also seen the exact opposite happen to a friends of mine. So, as I said, it all depends on what looks best on you. For the record and personally, I think that hair cut looks great on her.

If you want to instantly dismiss a woman because of a hair stereotype you have, then turnabout is fair play.

Frankly, my husband was one of you "long hair only" guys until he met me And I found when I cut my hair short, I got hit on twice as much as when I did with longer hair so apparently the sentiment here isn't a true reflection of all the male society.
.

I had long hair down to my waist for a number of years. It gradually got a lot shorter until it became SHORT. I have incredibly thick hair that ultimately ended up in pony tails or clips all the time due to the volume, heat of it, and time it took to dry and style. No thanks - there's no fun in that. I get told all the time that I rock the short hair - but I definitely like edgy

I have that same issue. I live in Texas and have long, incredibly thick hair almost down to my waist. It's so thick I shave the underside of it, a full half of my hair, down to my scalp. People don't even know it's shaved unless I tie it up (which is most of the time). I wish I could wear it short, but I don't look good in short hair. So I just tie it up most of the time in a lot of different ways: ponytail, French Braid, plain braid, biker girl style, even the occasional bun when I'm really sick of my sweaty neck I like women myself, and I like short hair on some of the thinner ladies, and if the woman is heavier, she looks better in long hair, usually. Women generally look better in long hair no matter what their weight or face shape, it seems. It takes a special woman to look good in short hair. I love those pixie haircuts. So cute and sassy!

All depends on the facial structure of the chick.
