Ladies, if you want to know what men find attractive pretty much across the board, pick up a playboy, Maxim/FHM, or watch a porn. Those are the last unfeminized bastions of male sexuality. In other words they cater to what men find attractive and don't usually get all PC about it and pull punches. Big boobs, firm bodies, 0.7 HTWR, and long luxurious hair. That's pretty much the apex of femininity for the large majority of men out there.
Sorry but that look is a turn off for guys too. Not everyone likes orange skanks with fake sacks of liquid implanted in the skin.

I didn't say anything about a tan. In fact women who tan a lot when they're younger, like late teens & 20s, often look a lot older due to how much more wrinkly their skin gets. I know a woman who's 40 who looks 60. You'd think she was a heavy smoker with how bad her skin is.
As for boobs, the only good boob job is the kind you can't tell are fake. That's why I generally prefer real of any size over the bigger and obviously fake variety. That being said, I much more prefer women with C-DDD than A or B cups.

I totally disagree with this for the most part. Playboy and porn chicks usually look pretty skanky with the tattoos and fake boobage. The playboy chicks are almost always too skinny. Now the Maxim and FHM are more like it, but stay far far far far away from their "Top 100 Beautiful Women" lists. I reject those lists totally because they really only include women who are "friendly" to those mags or who agreed to do photoshoot with them.
But some of the normal pics you see in Maxim/FHM (especially the amature girls next door type photos), its pretty accurate for what the majority of men would find sexy.

When I traveled overseas the average girl was that size and beautiful. They get far more exercise and have way less fattening diets. They may not be as "fit", but in general the lack of bad crap in their diets and fewer creature comforts gave them better bodies. My point is that what you see in playboy who you claim are "too skinny" are actually closer to what nature intended than what many people probably realize. The girls next door are just more in line with what people are used to. In 100 years if obesity rates continue to rise, the average girl next door will be a bit heavier (think muffin tops). Doesn't mean that's what men instinctually find attractive. I think this has a lot to do with the findings of why men are starting to have declining libidos in the west. I think it's a natural response the the obesity epidemic. Fat women are generally not attractive and it's starting to impact men's level physical attraction to their partners to the point social scientists are starting to take notice.

In Europe, alot of women have short hair-it's considered beautiful. Also, in the modeling world. It shows off the bone structure of the face, elongates the feminie neck, etc. Audrey Hepburn and Marilyn Monroe had short hair, and I personally don't think they would have looked better with longer hair. The original Barbie had short hair. . I think, if the woman is very feminine-Like, I myself wear cute dresses and heels everyday, even though I have short hair-and she carries herself w confidence, class, and grace, it's fine.
In your case you have the face for it, and short hair works very well for you. Overall I think long hair is more attractive simply because it frames the face better and there is something about long flowing locks that's very attractive. Hair should compliment the face. As a rule, obese women should not be cutting their hair really short, at least IMHO.

I like my hair short. I have had it short since my senior year in high school (it was shoulder length, above the shoulders slightly back then, until 1997, when I got it in layers for the first time).
I've had my hair that length like that since, with the exception of 3 different occasions when I did let my hair grow out some (2002, 2005, 2009), to past my shoulders.
It's so easier to color, highlight, and style. Takes me only 5 minutes to style it (after having them set in rollers for only 15 minutes). My hair is thick and coarse anyway, so it don't take long to curl and style.
No short hair for me...between chin and shoulder is as short as I'll go. A big part of it is knowing what is flattering ON YOU (your opinion of what's flattering, not some dude's opinion of what's flattering). Severely short hair, your layered pixies and what have you, are, as many have noted, best upon women with fine, elfin features that would be overwhelmed by a big mop of hair, or very striking features that become even moreso with no hair to compete with them (Sinead O'Connor's enormous green eyes, for instance). Very short hair will emphasize your features, good or bad. So if you've got facial features you tend to downplay, cutting your hair super short isn't the way to do it.
I've got a long, oval face...decidedly not the face for a pixie haircut.
The other reason I don't do short hair is because my hair grows obscenely quickly, and the upkeep would be a PITA. I learned this with bangs. I am simply not willing to submit to trims every two weeks, which is what it would take. For people with hair that grows quickly, short hair is NOT easy, low maintenance. It only looks good when freshly cut.
For those grousing about Morena Baccarin (the actress in the "V" miniseries), while I thought the short hair was a good choice for the role, she looked unquestionably better when she was in the cast of the short-lived but beloved-by-fans Firefly, and sported long ringlets:
