Is Hilton Village recommended for a family of four moving in the area from Germany or any other areas? I will be working at Fort Eustis.

Hilton Village is a pretty long drive to Fort Eustis. If you'd like to keep your commute down, you might be better off in Yorktown or possibly even the parts of Williamsburg closest to Newport News. Within Newport News, itself, Colony Pines or Kiln Creek are good areas that would offer a shorter commute for you than Hilton Village. Other people might want to chime in on this, but, personally, I wouldn't recommend the parts of Newport News right around Fort Eustis.

But, if you don't mind a bit of a commute, Hilton Village could be a very nice choice for a family of four.

My mom lives off of Colony and Warwick and that's a nice area for the most part. I don't recall right off hand what that area is called but it's between Oyster Point Road and Denbigh Blvd.
